About Haytham Elmasri
Haytham Elmasri is the Founder and CEO of Nova Solvers, bringing more than two decades of experience in spacecraft development, mission architecture, avionics, guidance, navigation and control, and national security space systems. Prior to founding Nova Solvers, he held senior technical and leadership positions at Maxar Technologies, Raytheon, Millennium Space Systems, and Boeing, where he led the development of advanced spacecraft, constellation architectures, mission operations, and flight systems.
Throughout his career, Haytham has contributed to numerous commercial, civil, and national security space programs, spanning spacecraft design, payload development, mission assurance, and systems engineering. At Nova Solvers, he leads the company's vision to deliver advanced sensing systems, high-performance space avionics, and autonomous spacecraft technologies that enable faster, more affordable space missions.
